The hotel connects to the Monona Terrace Convention Center on Lake Monona. The Hilton Madison has complimentary shuttle service to and from Dane County Regional Airport. The hours of operation are 7am - 10pm. Guests may request the shuttle upon arrival by using the courtesy phone located in baggage claim. Travel time to and from the airport is 15 - 20 minutes depending on traffic. |

The rates per night are $104.00 for rooms with one bed, $114.00 for rooms with two beds and $144.00 for suites. Call the Hotel directly and tell them You are with the "Midwest Jeweler's Trade Show 2010 Block" to get the reduced rate. Cancellation of individual rooms must be made 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. It is a 3 block walk to the Monona Terrace. Valet parking for one standard sized vehicle is included with a room at no charge. |
